An Extended Droop Control Strategy for More Electric Aircraft Electric Power System

摘要

Power allocation is a major concern in more electric aircraft (MEA). This paper proposes an extended droop control strategy for MEA HVDC composed of permanent synchronous generator (PMSG) and lithium-ion (Li-ion), by implementing virtual resistance droop control to PMSG and virtual capacitor droop control to SC, aiming to achieve dynamic current sharing and stable operation. In order to achieve the control objectives, the system impedance was modeled and the frequency domain characteristics of the system were analyzed. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed control strategy was verified through simulation.
