Research on overall design of turboshaft engine based on data analysis method

Abstract

In order to improve the reliability of the overall integrated design of the turboshaft engine, the overall performance and component design calculation model of the turboshaft engine is improved. Using coupling design as a medium, based on the existing turbo-engine database and technical data, the overall/component coupling design calculation model is established. According to the vortex engine parameter change trend database, the equilibrium design independent variables are selected, and the balance design constraints and targets are determined. By classifying the technical parameters, the turbo engine balance design method is explored and the turbo engine balance design is established. The results show that the design method has fast response speed and high reliability, and can obtain accurate coupling design feasible domain. The established balance design coefficient scheme optimization method provides a reference for optimizing the final design result by quantifying the balance coefficient. Using this method, a new generation of turboshaft engine with shaft power of 1566kw was designed. The fuel consumption rate was 0.255kg/(kW.h) and the power-to-mass ratio was 10.26kW/kg.
