Abstract
A functional module of customer relationship management (CRM) for machinery manufacture corporations was developed. The relative importance of several targets to a mill manufacture was obtained through setting up the judgment matrix. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was applied in the study of customer satisfaction index (CSI). The results given here are helpful to the improvement of CSI.
