N2 - The load simulator of electric steering gear can simulate the aerodynamic hinge moment of the steering gear during the flight under the experimental conditions, which is an important device in the hardware in the loop simulation. This paper presents a dual loop servo loading system, from the perspective of actuator structure, the passive tracking load is approximately converted to active load. The frequency band of the system is improved by the influence of the redundant force of the steering gear, and the two degree of freedom H∞ optimal torque tracking strategy is designed to further improve the operating frequency band while improving the robustness of the system.
