Construction and Application of Comprehensive Practical Teaching System for Quadrotor UAV Experiment

摘要

Practical teaching is instrumental in modern engineering to improve students’ comprehensive abilities. In this article, based on a developable quadrotor UAV teaching platform, a comprehensive teaching system of UAV experiment is built, with flight vehicles and SIL/HIL simulation platform, which contains UAV simulation subsystem, visual subsystem and interference subsystem that could realize interference and fault injection. The simulation platform could be used to design and test main parts and functions of UAV before students begin real scene flight to help reduce unnecessary loss in experiments and to facilitate students understand of knowledge. Relative teaching contents are delicately designed hierarchically according to difficulties and learning objectives. Along with these experiment contents, students can improve their abilities gradually under the guidance of course. By dividing teaching process into three parts, the process of learning and evaluation can be decomposed and refined. And with the integration of internet teaching and professional competition, the effectiveness of course is greatly enhanced. The comprehensive practical teaching system in this article is proved to be very effective during years of teaching.
