摘要
Using modified SiO2 nanoparticles as carrier, acrylamide (AAM) and N-isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAM) as functional monomers, N, N'-methylene diacrylamide (MBA) as cross-linking agent and bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a template protein, a highly selective protein imprinting polymer is prepared. The results from IR and transmission electron microscope (TEM) demonstrate that the imprinting layer is successfully grafted onto the surface of the carrier.Under the optimum experimental conditions, the adsorption capacities of the imprinted polymer (MIP) and the non-imprinted polymer (NIP) are 67.445 mg•g-1 and 38.248 mg•g-1, respectively, and the selectivity factor is 1.763. Three experimental schemes are designed to evaluate the selectivity of MIP and the results show MIP has a good specific recognition for template protein BSA, which provides a new method for protein identification.
