Abstract

Aiming at the velocity measurement in harsh combustion flow with high temperature and high speed, the velocity measurement method based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)was presented. The two-crossed-beams scanned-wavelength direct absorption spectroscopy(SDAS)system with 7185.597cm-1 as center frequency was designed for the velocity measurement of the flow in incoming simulated system, which used the combustion of kerosene fuel to heat the air. Compared with the one-dimensional theoretical calculated value and numerical simulation value, the relative deviations are less than 10%, showing that the velocity measurement using TDLAS is effective value for combustion flow.
