New effective way for avoiding collisions of objects executing complex motions

Abstract

The optimized algorithm for detecting interference among moving objects by using maximum relative velocity and distance variable was proposed. The fuzzy logic control was introduced to control the time margin, to make time interval enlarge suitably, and enhance detection efficiency and reliability of the algorithm. The simulation result for the convex polygon has shown the efficiency and stability of the algorithm.
