Abstract

We introduce the application of water-soluble conjugated polymers and aptamer in the detection of biomolecules. Then a colorimetric protocol based on aptamer and conformational effects of water-soluble polythio-phene is reported. It is demonstrated that the protein sensor we designed is highly selective and sensitive, and the lowest detection limit with naked eyes is 63 nM.
