摘要
The existence of compressor blade manufacturing error causes the actual dimensions varying from design dimensions, which makes impacts on compressor performance. In order to analyze the influence of manufacturing error on blade performance, first adopted coordinate measuring machine to do error measuring and analysis, getting the real distribution patterns of contour error, and then applied 5,4 order non-intrusive polynomial chaos for uncertainty quantification of the influence on manufacturing error, at last analyzed the real effects law of manufacturing error on aerodynamic performance. The results show that the existence of manufacturing error worsens the performance of blade, but its influence mainly lies in stability of airfoil performance. It is suggested that random characters of error should be taken into consideration when analyzing the influence of error, and statistically significant variables such as standard deviation should be used for this analysis. Compared with traditional impact assessment methods, uncertainty analysis can assess and describe the influence of error more objective.
