The Conceptual Design and Aerodynamic Characteristics Analysis of the Diamond Joined-Wing Configuration UAV

摘要

According to the design index and the basic principle of the design of the aircraft, complete the conceptual design of the Diamond Joined-Wing configuration UAV, and making the 3\mathbf{D} model and the test prototype of the UAV according to the conceptual design results. In order to verify the accuracy and reliability of the conceptual design, the aerodynamic characteristics of the developed UAV are analyzed numerically. The numerical results show that the maximum lift coefficient of the designed UAV is high, the stall angle is large and the aerodynamic performance is better. The UAV has longitudinal static stability in a larger range of angle of attack, which can meet the design requirements. The research provides a reference for the study of such long endurance UAVs.
