摘要

Three key technologies are proposed for plastic forming of large-scale complex-structure titanium components. Isothermal local loading forming technology is proposed as an advanced load-saving plastic forming technology. Integrated control of inhomogeneous deformation and microstructure evolution technology is proposed as well to integrated control precise shape-forming and performance-controlling of products manufactured by isothermal local loading technology; In addition, through-process optimization and robust control technology is proposed based on these two technologies to optimize the forming process and the initial billet shape, so that the expected precise shape-forming and performance-controlling can be achieved simultaneously. The integrated use of these three technologies can develop an high-precision, high-quality and load-saving plastic forming technology for the manufacture of large-scale complex-structure titanium components in aerospace, aviation and other industries.
