摘要

Three-dimensional finite element models of cone spinning and successive springback were established using dynamic explicit and static implicit method, respectively. Using the models, the influencing laws were investigated, including the mandrel rotary velocity and feed rate on the change of the stress and strain, the wall thickness during springback and the final form of the part after springback. The results indicate that, for the increasing of the mandrel rotary velocity and the decreasing of the feed rate, the difference of the effective stress during springback is smaller and smaller, and the change of the plastic strain and the wall thickness during springback is not obvious. With the increasing of the mandrel rotary velocity, the departure of the part from mandrel after springback changes unobviously when the mandrel rotary velocity is low, and it decreases at the high mandrel rotary velocity. The departure of the part from mandrel after springback decreases at first, then changes little with the growing of the feed rate.
