Research on the inhibition behavior of imidazoline derivant in the oil/gas well containing H 2S/CO 2

摘要

Through simulating the corrosion Environment in one high-temperature and high pressure gas well containing H 2S/CO 2 by use of electrochemical method, the inhibition mechanism and behavior of imidazoline derivant on tubing steel N80 were studied by the authors. It is concluded that, together with the sulfide in medium, the imidazoline de rivant can coodinate the ferric atom into a steady adsorption film; it belongs in an anodic inhibitor and its inhibition mechanism is regarded as "negative catalytic effect"; and the desorption at strong anodic polarization obeys the desorption model of the concussion of the ionized dissolution of metallic atom on the inhibitor, which plays an important role in protecting the bare steel and eroded tubing steel and can restrain the local corrosion caused by H 2S.
