Research on the Control Method of Electromechanical Action System Based On Improved Sliding Mode Algorithm

摘要

Electro-Mechanical Actuator (EMA) has been widely used in aerospace, military, transportation and other fields. It is of great significance for EMA application to improve the reliability of the system by carrying out real-time intelligent detection and ensuring the normal operation of the system during the operation of the EMA. Based on the application background of large-scale vertical device, this paper puts forward an intelligent fault-tolerant control method based on slip-mode observer, and the design and improvement of slip-mode observer can effectively suppress the problem of vibration, which provides an important means for EMA to effectively identify the operating state of the system in engineering applications.The method proposed in the simulation and test proved that the fault can be detected quickly and the fault intelligent isolation can be realized to ensure the stability of the inner ring and normal operation of the outer ring of the EMA system. This method can make the system have good command tracking and anti-jamming ability, and make the servo performance excellent.
