N2 - In order to enhance intelligent degree of world robot football competition, this paper takes the international FIRA Microsoft simulation competition as the platform, proposed intelligent countermeasure decision-making(ICD) technology oriented FIRA. Firstly, the technology gets the specific information of opponent by collect opponent data and takes detailed analysis. Then, the strategy assessment module will hunt out appropriate strategy automatically in strategy library of our side. Finally, realize corresponding motion control to each robot by a series of intelligent information processing. Thereby, realize task allocation of decision-making system. Application of the technology which proposed in this paper enhances the counterwork performance of robot soccer in dynamic uncertain environment. The result of actual combat proves the reliability and efficiency of the technology.
