Research on fundamental problems and the solutions of hil simulation for on-orbit docking dynamics

摘要

This paper analyzed the key points of the design problems of the Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulation system for on-orbit docking. The design problem of the HIL simulation for on-orbit docking was summarized into four fundamental problems: The stability problem, the problem on the dynamic reappearing accuracy, the robust problem on the delay compensator and the adaptive problem. To solve above problems, the design idea on the HIL simulation system for on-orbit docking was presented. That is to eliminate or minimize the influence of the simulation/hardware interface to the dynamic characteristics of the HIL simulation system. Based on that, the force/torque sensor design criterion, the signal sample frequency of the digital control and the design scheme of the motion simulator are defined. At last of this paper, the verification method on the dynamic characteristics of the HIL simulation system for on-orbit docking is discussed.
