Preparation & microwave absorbing properties of cerium-doped BaTiO3/carbonyl iron composites

摘要

Ce-doped barium titanate/carbonyl iron ware-abosorbing composite materials were prepared by physical blending in this experiment. They were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). Meanwhile, the electromganetic parameters and absorption properties of the Ce-doped BaTiO3/Fe(CO)5 ware-abosorbing composite materials were analyzed by using vector network analyzer (PAN). The results showed that the blending composite was homogenous, and the particles did not appeared agglomerated state. The microware absorption ability of the Ce-doped BaTiO3/Fe(CO)5 composites was greatly imporved compared with BaTiO3/Fe(CO)5 composites. The carbonyl iron contents is 65%, it showed the best wave-absorbing property, of which the maximum absorption can reach -33dB, and -10dB bandwidth was at 5089.2 MHz. In a word, the absorbing band of the Ce-doped barium titanate/carbonyl iron ware-abosorbing composite materials is widened obviously.
