摘要

A multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) framework is established with the objective of minimizing the takeoff weight of an X-37B-like vehicle in an air and space aircraft. Considering the design variables and constraints such as geometric, aerodynamic, trajectory, thermal, structure, and mass, the 3D CST method is used to establish a parametric model of the structure, and a simulated annealing algorithm is used to complete the design optimization based on the MDF method in the given design variable space. The reliability of the optimization framework and the effectiveness of the optimization method are verified through the analysis of the optimization results. The results of the study can provide a reference for the overall parameter selection in the preliminary design stage of the air and space aircraft.
