N2 - The multidisciplinary design optimization for supercharge turbo was studied in order to resolve the multidisciplinary interactive. The temperature and pressure loads were transferred to the solid model by using distance-weighted function, and the structure deformation was transferred to the aerodynamic model by using mesh regenerated method. The multidisciplinary feasible (MDF) model of supercharge turbo considering aerodynamic, heat transfer, strength and vibration was obtained on the basis of information transfer, and their coupling was solved by iterating three times. In order to reduce analysis complexity, the design variables affecting performance significantly were chosen to optimize the system according to major factor analysis. The whole system was optimized by harmonizing all disciplines with weighted-average strategy.
