摘要
The principles, performance properties of the chemicals used, technology, and fields results for the multi-pulse high energy gas fracturing/thermochemical blockage relieving combined method are presented. This method combines multi-pulse high-energy gas fracturing and thermochemical heat and gas generation (HGG) for reservoir blockage relieving in one operation. The solid propellant is placed in the perforated section of the aimed well and the HGG chemicals in solution are squeezed into the aimed reservoir formations and submerge the propellant. The HTHP gaseous HCl produced by the ignited propellant creates fractures in the reservoir; the HP hydraulic oscillation waves clean up the near bore zones and the perforations; the HCl dissolves in the HGG chemicals solution and cause production of heat and gases, mainly nitrogen, to remove the inorganic/organic mixed precipitates. The propellant used is of P-1 type and can evolve 0.3 g gaseous HCl per one g. The HGG chemicals contain a viscosity reducer for crude oil and are available in 5 grades, H-1 to H-5, with increased HGG for use from 10°-50° to 80°C, respectively.
