abstract = "To protect the single event upset of FPGA logic circuits caused by radiation in outer space, especially the upset of configuration memory, this paper proposes a FPGA single event upset detection mechanism on frame level granularity for multiple core processor system on chip (MPSoC). This mechanism smartly adopts the PCAP interface of SoC architecture to garden the basic bits related to configuration under the condition that the whole system function of FPGA works normally. The processor system contentiously reads back frame by frame for SEU error detection, and if errors found, MPSoC will scrub the right frame where error located. The method could adaptive migrate the error frame when needed, and as a result it is expected to correct SEU more effectively.",
