摘要

NZ2 is a new generation Zr-Sn-Nb zirconium alloy. The effects of hydrogen contents including 0 μg/g (natural hydrogen content), 200 μg/g, 450 μg/g, 730 μg/g on the tensile and low cycle fatigue properties of Zr-Sn-Nb zirconium alloy at room temperature were investigated. The results show that hydrides can enhance the tensile strength, decrease ductility of NZ2 alloy, and shorten the LCF life, but when the hydrogen content reaches a certain value, the decline rate of LCF life will be very slow. NZ2 alloy emerges a property of cyclic softening, in addition, the extent of cyclic softening for hydrogen containing samples is higher than that of those without hydrogen containing at the same test conditions.
