abstract = "This paper proposes a data symbol alternative reserved algorithm based on a vehicle network transmission scheme with integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) signals and orthogonal time-frequency space (OTFS) modulation. Benefiting from the ISAC-OTFS signal, the roadside unit (RSU) is able to estimate various motion-related parameters based on the reflected echoes and further use them to predict the delay and Doppler parameters of the channel. Based on the predicted delay and Doppler, we propose a symbol placement strategy that reduces the alert space to carry more data in uplink and downlink communications. Numerical results show that the proposed approach can reliably estimate the channel and improve the system throughput.",
