摘要

Extracted dyeing ingredients from Scutellaria baicalensis georgi, and compounded with biodegradable materials poly (butylene succinate) (PBS), the scutellaria baicalensis georgi extracts/PBS composites were prepared. By XPS, FT-IR analysis and molecular simulation the interface interaction was revealed. The effects of adding the extracts on the hydrophilicity, thermal stability, and mechanical properties were studied. With simulating natural degradation and field degradation, the degradation mechanism of the composites was investigated. The results show that the Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extracts made the hydrophilic of the composites reinforced. The XPS, FT-IR spectra and molecular simulation demonstrated the extracts and PBS formed C =O…H-O, and made the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composites maintained or improved. As small molecules, Scutellaria baicalensis georgi extracts could easy be attacked and formed holes inside of the composites, so that the composites degradation rate increases.
