摘要

The hot compressive deformation behaviour of Ti2AlC/TiAl(Nb) composite was investigated in the temperature range of 1000°C-1150°C, at the strain rate range of 10-3 s-1-10-1 s-1 and the engineering strain range of 50% on Gleeble-3500 hot simulator. The true stress-true strain curves have been obtained. The results show that the flow stress is sensitive to temperature and strain rate. The flow stress increases with increasing the strain rate, and decreases with increasing the deformation temperature. This rule can be explained reasonably on the basis of the model of dislocation-particulate interactions during the hot deformation. The flow stress behaviour of Ti2AlC/TiAl(Nb) composite can be represented by a Zener-Hollomon parameter in the exponent style equation. The regressed expression is ε̇=9.31×1011 [sinh(0.0044σ)]2.52exp[-366.2/(RT)]. The hot deformation activation energy of Ti2AlC/TiAl(Nb) composite during hot deformation is 366.2 kJ/mol.
