摘要

The idea about avoiding the formation of crust for C/C composite is as follows. When vapor molecules stay too long near the surface of the semifinished product, it is quite plausible for it to form crust. If make vapor molecules go as quickly as possible to their intended destination-pores in textile preforms then formation of crust can be avoided. In other words it needs to guide vapor molecules to move in streamlines rather than in turbulence. The second idea is related to making density of C/C composites uniform. The cause of lack of uniformity in density appears to be that depositing occurs first on the surface of textile preforms and that depositing is naturally slowed down as it moves inwards as a result of the fact that surface pores become more and more filled. If depositing first in the interior and by letting depositing progress outwards, there is naturally no slowing down. The experimental setup is successful in implementing our two ideas.
