摘要

Taking the error distribution of tooth surface into account, the mesh stiffness and composite meshing error were calculated based on a loaded tooth contact analysis model. The transverse-rotational coupled dynamic model for a spur gear pair was built considering excitations of time-varying mesh stiffness, gear error and meshing impact. Then, the effects of different tooth profile deviations (convex profile, concave profile, positive pressure angle errors and negative pressure angle errors) on the system vibration were investigated. The results showed that the concave profile always produces the largest dynamic load, and the profile with negative pressure angle errors for a driven gear brings a little smaller vibration than the concave profile does; under most load conditions, the positive pressure angle errors bring a smaller vibration than the negative ones do and the convex profile produces a smaller dynamic load than the ideal profile does. The results provided effective references for establishing the control principles of gear machining errors.
