摘要
The influence of magnetic field on the solidification macrostructure and macrosegregation of Fe element of Ti-1023 alloy ingot was investigated. The results show that when the magnetic field is 0.001 T or 0.003 T, the solidified macrostructure is composed of bulky columnar crystal, small bamboo-like columnar crystal and equiaxed grains. When the magnetic field is 0.002 T, the solidified macrostructure is composed of bulky columnar crystal and fine equiaxed grains. The law of Fe segregation abides positive segregation, Fe content increases gradually from the bottom to the top of ingots along axial direction and from the edge to the center of ingots along radial direction. The macrosegregation rate of Fe element decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of magnetic field from 0.001 T to 0.003 T.
