Dynamic numerical investigations of on-board vapor-compression refrigeration system

摘要

To obtain the dynamic performance of the on-board vapor-compression refrigeration system, the effect on the system caused by different parameters step change is investigated through the simulation method. Based on the working principles of the system and the characteristics of the components, the nonlinear dynamic mathematical models of the system are developed by MATLAB/SIMULINK. The model equations are dispersed by the control volume method. The simulation results show that the influence degree on the system thermodynamic performance is different in the compressor rotation speed, the expansion valve opening and the refrigerant mass flow rate step change. The dynamic simulation results can provide theoretical guide for the optimization and system controlling of on-board vapor-compression refrigeration system.
