摘要

In order to explore the catalytic combustion performances of composite modified double-base propellant (CMDB) containing 1,4-dinitropiperazine (DNP),the effects of lead phthala (φ-Pb),copper phthala (φ-Cu) and their mixture on combustion properties,thermal decomposition performances,flameout surface characteristics and flame structure of DNP-CMDB propellants were investigated by pressure Differential Scanning Calorimetry (PDSC),Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and single frame amplification photography.The results show that the φ-Pb and its mixtures as catalysts of the DB propellant can increase burning rate, and decrease the pressure exponents.The thermal decomposition sensitivity has been enhanced, where the number of crystals found on their flameout surfaces was reduced due to acceleration of the gas-phase reactions in the flame zone.
