Design of gain-scheduling robust controller for aircraft engine

摘要

Since the aircraft engine is a strong nonlinear system, a single robust controller to control the aircraft engine is highly conservative, or there is not a controller that stabilizes the system; due to modeling errors, engine performance degradation, external interference and other factors, the general gain scheduling control is difficult to ensure that the control system has good robustness. In this paper, a gain-scheduling robust controller is designed for the tracking control problem of a wide range of nonlinear dynamic characteristics of aircraft engine in the full envelope. A series of designed points are selected in the flight envelope, and a robust controller is designed for the engine uncertain model at each designed point. The robust controllers at non-design points are scheduled by linear interpolation method with the compressor spool speed selected as the scheduling parameter. The simulations show that the controller can guarantee the robust stability and good robust performance of the engine in the full envelope.
