摘要
Hydroxyapatite-carbon nanotubes-wood derived carbon (HA-CNTs-WDC) composites are successfully synthesized by electrochemical deposition (ECD) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) methods. The microstructure, mechanical properties and in-vitro bioactivity of HA-CNTs-WDC were investigated. The results showed that HA is plentiful and uniform with a petal shape, whereas CNTs could serve as an interlayer between WDC and HA. In-vitro bioactivity test confirmed that HA-CNTs-WDC had good biomineralization ability. The mechanical test showed that the compressive strength of HA-CNTs-WDC reaches 10.54 MPa. HA-CNTs-WDC with strong interfacial bonding and high mechanical strength as well as in-vitro bioactivity can be potentially used as scaffold materials for bone tissue engineering.
