摘要

Axial rotary forging (ARF) is a representative of processes with local deformation of the formed blank which is suitable for axisymmetric parts, such as disk-shaped parts and annular parts. Axial upsetting (AU) has been considered as the most widely used technology for preparing blank of aerospace disks. In the current work, deformation Characteristic and microstructure evolution of GH4169 alloy Induced by Axial upsetting and Axial rotary forging was investigated by simulation and experiment. Higher strain was observed at ARF deformation with same high reduction. And the higher stain conducted at comparative lower temperature induced the static recrystallization during followed anneal process which is special for hot processing of GH4169 alloy. The mechanism was also announced in this paper.
