Current Pre-Estimation-based Delay Compensation for Sensorless FCS-MPCC Used in PMSM Drives Over High-Speed Range

摘要

This paper proposes a current pre-estimation method to solve the delay issues arising from the analog current signal processing circuit (SPC) and the digital execution process, improving the control performance of the sensorless finite control set model predictive current control (FCS-MPCC) strategies used in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives. First, the PMSM model used for sensorless FCS-MPCC is established. Then, the mechanisms of the two kinds of delays are detailed. Third, the proposed compensation is presented. By using the pre-estimated currents, the sensorless FCS-MPCC strategy with the delays compensated is achieved. Finally, simulation is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed compensation and control strategies.
