Anisotropic effects on cold deep drawing of TA1 spherical part

摘要

Considering anisotropy of TA1blank, 3D FE model of spherical part deep drawing is established on the platform of ABAQUS/Explicit based on Hill'48 anisotropic yield criterion. The effect of normal and planar anisotropy to thickness and equivalent plastic strain distribution are studied and compared with the results of simulation based on isotropic yield criterion and experiments. The results show that with the increase of r value of TA1 blank, the thickness distribution of bulging areas of spherical part is more homogeneous, the position of the minimal thickness is lower and the maximal thickness reduction ratio is decreased, but at the same time the work hardening is notable at the drawing area compared with isotropic yield criterion, the results obtained by the new model agree with experiment better.
