摘要
Hydraulic joints are frequently employed in sealing systems, and the interfacial contact state has a significant impact on sealing performance. In this paper, through the finite element tightening model considering manufacturing deviations and thread characteristics, the transmission law of contact stress is revealed, and the influence of manufacturing deviation on stress distribution is described. With the measured roughness, the leakage prediction method is formed based on contact mechanics, whose accuracy is verified by the leakage experiments. It's found that increasing the wedge angle will improve the stress transmission efficiency and sealing performance; during tightening, the thread stress peak point will be migrated; sealing ring offset will increase with the wedge angle, and mainly occurs between 10 and 30 N∙m.
