摘要
A domain decomposition method is presented for analyzing electromagnetic problems involving multiple nonoverlapping scatterers or electrically large scatterers. We first construct a sparse or simple-to-invert impedance matrix that does not account for partial mutual coupling. Then, approximate the solution to the original problem using the relationship between the actual impedance matrix and the matrix presented above. The proposed method is based on the principle of inverting the impedance matrix by blocks, which reduces the complexity compared with an inversion of the whole impedance matrix. This method features rapid convergence and high precision, making it suitable for large electrically scattering objects. Several examples demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method.
