A Combined Voltage-Mode Controller for a Three-Phase Interleave Boost Converter in the Power System of the All-Electric Aircraft

摘要

As power electronics are increasingly used in the all-electric aircraft power system, the regulations of the source converter draw much attention. This paper describes the modeling and control of a three-phase interleave boost converter (3P-IBC) adopted in the all-electric aircraft (AEA) power system are investigated. A reduced order model of the 3P-IBC is deduced, which simplify the design of the control law. Based on this model, a virtual voltage based voltage mode control scheme is derived that overcomes the non-minimum phase issue of the IBC, and, hence improve the dynamic performance and robustness of this system. In addition, a current equalizer loop is assorted into the voltage control loop guarantees the desired phase current sharing. Finally, the simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
