摘要
This paper presents the successful construction of an oscillating planetary gear train model by combining the mode superposition method, LTCA, and the lumped mass method, to address the lack of vibration characteristic analysis of flexible ring structures and a shortage of characteristic analysis methods for transmission systems. The model fully considers the contact characteristics between gear teeth, structural vibration, and system vibration. The structural vibration characteristics of the planetary transmission system with flexible ring gears and the influence of the flexible ring gear on the system′s dynamic performance are thoroughly analyzed. This model avoids the problems of the lumped mass model that does not consider the structure vibration, the full finite element model that requires a large number of calculations and is difficult to converge, and the rigid contact of the existing rigid-flexible coupling model, as well as the difficulties of gear parameter standardization and component error introduction. The model foundation and theoretical guidance are provided for the design of flexible ring gears and the study of the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system.
