斜流中泵喷推进器流场变化规律数值分析

摘要

Based on the SST (shear stress transport) turbulence model k-ω and the slip grid technique, the numerical analysis of the variation laws of the pump-jet propulsor at different advance ratio (J=0.95, 1.18, 1.58) and different oblique flow angles (β=0°, 10°, 20°) were presented.The P4119 propeller was used to verify the numerical method, and grid independence verification was performed.To ensure the accuracy of the calculation results, the full channel model and the full structure grid were used for numerical calculation.The calculation results show that the transverse force and vertical force fluctuate obviously with the increase of the oblique flow angle, and the fluctuations amplitude of the transverse force and vertical force between different oblique angles is relatively consistent, which would decrease with the increase of the oblique flow angle.With the change of the advance ratio and the oblique flow angle, the pressure coefficient has obvious fluctuations at the leading edge and the edge of the rotor, and the pressure coefficient of the stator blade is relatively stable.
