基于构型设计的包装容器缓冲效应数值分析

摘要

Three packaging containers with configuration design were proposed according to material plastic deformation and energy dissipation theory. Numerical simulations of packaging container dynamic behavior under several drop conditions were carried out using finite element analysis software Abaqus/Explicit. Drop altitudes of normal, transverse and oblique impact were taken into account, and the drop height was 50 meters in the simulations. Stress and deformation distribution of container subjected to different impact cases were gained. Impact cushion properties of the three containers were discussed. The numerical results indicate the containers with configuration design can withstand the impact of 50 m free fall. Thin shell bulge and wide plateau stress are mainly energy dissipation ways for cushion material. It will help improve protected object's safety under impact environment.
