摘要
When using displacement method to simulate 2D profile stretch bending process, the jaw trajectory needs to be designed firstly. Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to design jaw trajectory of complex 2D variable curvature of centroid guide line of the profile, based on the discrete point data of the centroid guide line of digital model of the stretch bending profile, a calculation model was presented to obtain the relationship between the internal displacement of the neutral layer of the section, different prestressing amounts and the displacement trajectory coordinates of the jaw in the process of stretch bending forming. According to the definition of finite element boundary condition, the calculation method of displacement boundary condition definition data of jaw in the process of forming simulation was established by transformation and normalization. It is verified with a case that the jaw trajectory design algorithm in the process of stretch bending forming is accurate and reliable.
