摘要

To systematically study the static load sharing characteristics of branch transmission system with face gears, the arrangement of the dual branch transmission and meshing phase differences of the system with non-orthogonal offset general spur face gears were analyzed. Considering installation errors and elastic deformations, the deformation coordination condition of the system was derived and combined with the torque and static balance condition, a static torque distribution model of dual branch transmission system with non-orthogonal offset general spur face gears was established. A calculation method of static load sharing coefficient was described, and the influences of installation errors, input load, support stiffness, torsional stiffness, and mesh stiffness fluctuation amplitude on the static load sharing characteristics were analyzed. The results show that the shaft angle errors of the split-torque stage have the greatest impact on the static load sharing characteristics, and the input load and torsional stiffness have an important impact on the static load sharing characteristics when installation errors exist. To obtain the uniform load of the system, the influences of meshing phase differences should be eliminated, and the form of offset branch transmission should be adopted, and the support stiffness of the input pinion and the meshing stiffness fluctuation amplitude of each gear pair should be reduced.
