摘要
A novel non-isolated high-gain DC/DC converter is proposed to solve the problems of low voltage gain and high voltage stress of traditional Boost converter in fuel cell/PV power generation system. In this topology, the main circuit of floating parallel structure is symmetrical and combined with switched capacitor units, which improves the voltage gain of the converter effectively. In addition, the converter has the advantages of low voltage stress and low current stress on switches and diodes, automatic current sharing of inductors, and the structure of multiple inductors in parallel is beneficial to improve the power level of the converter. The operating principle and steady-state characteristics of the proposed converter are analyzed in detail, and the corresponding high-order sliding mode control strategy is designed to improve the robustness of the converter. Finally, the validity of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experiments.
