Abstract
We explain in much detail to use the theory of R. German to obtain two performance indices-busload and delay time-based on DSPN (deterministic and stochastic Petri nets) for evaluating MIL-STD-1553B bus. We provide performance curves corresponding to these two indices. And the analysis of these two performance curves can provide an important theoretical basis for the design and improvement of integrated avionics system.
