Abstract

A facile approach for fabricating flexible graphene film on PET substrate from largesize GO by thermal annealing and transfer technique was described. By controlling centripetal acceleration, large-size GO sheets have been obtained, with the average value of the lateral size of ∼ 4 μm. The rGO thin films from large-size GO are easily detached, exhibiting outstanding optic-electronic properties, possessing a sheet resistance of 8.0k ohm/sq with a transmittance of ∼80% at a wavelength of 550 nm. Combining the remarkable electrical conductivity, high optical transparency, robust flexibility, large-scale, and green production of the rGO films make them of tremendous potential in flexible electronics.
