Abstract

As a siding structure widely used in the aerospace field, the vibration analysis is carried out independently without considering the ambient temperature, which can't be attached to the actual engineering. This paper firstly summarizes a reliability analysis method based on stratified sampling, and then takes the titanium alloy panel structure as the research object, analyzes its structural response under high temperature conditions, and considers the differences in structural dimensions, material properties, loads and other factors. Deterministic, calculating the reliability of the panel structure under thermal stress. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the structural response is carried out.
