The structure and anti-oxidation property of MoS2-Ti composite film

Abstract

The MoS2-Ti composite films were prepared by unbalance magnetic sputter technique. The structure of composite film was characterized by XRD, Raman spectroscopy, XPS. The anti-oxidation property of the composite film was studied. The results show that the structure of carbon film is amorphous. The composite films show good anti-oxidation properties, and Mo4+ was not oxidized after the composite films were immersed in the distilled water for 200 h.
