Support Capability Evaluation of Ship Power System Based on Combined Weights and Fuzzy Operators

Abstract

Accurate analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the support capability is important to maintain the general quality characteristics of the ship power system and improve the mission capability and comprehensive effectiveness of the ship during navigation. In this paper, firstly, an evaluation indicator system of the support capability of the ship power system is established which contains 4 main indicators and 14 sub-indicators. Secondly, the weights of the main indicators and sub-indicators are analyzed according to the combined weight model based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy method. Thirdly, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is given based on the weights of the indicators above, and 3 fuzzy operators are introduced to analyze the support capability of the ship power system and discuss the influences of the indicator weight and fuzzy operator on the evaluation conclusion. Finally, the calculation results show that the Zadeh operator is more sensitive to the parameter with larger weights and higher degrees of membership, and leads to the problem of evaluation failure due to the same of the degrees of membership. The evaluation conclusions based on the weight-average operator and Einstein operator have better consistency. The weight-average operator and Einstein operator are more applicable to the support capability evaluation of the ship power system, because they can comprehensively consider the influence of the indicator weight and the degree of membership.
